Terms and Conditions - Creative Work & Use Policy

🔒 Respect for Creative Work & Use Policy

Please read this section carefully before joining the class.

By enrolling, you agree to the following respectful use terms:

  • Your enrollment is for your personal use only. Please do not share logins, materials, or video access with others. Additional viewers must purchase their own seat.

  • You may not teach this class or its content — in whole or in part — whether privately or publicly, online or in person.

  • Please do not share video clips, screenshots, or photos of instructional steps, tools, or methods outside the learning environment without permission including show steps of how you use a tool or make something I’ve shown you, on social media.

  • Many of the tools, tips, and techniques shared in this class are original to my teaching and creative process. Some are not publicly available or commonly known, and I trust that you’ll treat this information with the same care and respect I’ve put into developing it.

If you're ever unsure whether something is okay to share or credit, just ask. I'm happy to clarify.

Thank you for honoring the integrity of this space and helping protect independent creators and educators like myself.

When your purchase is completed, you will receive access to the Online Learning Platform and to the Private Ask & Answer FB Group.

Because learning starts the minute you are in the group and accessing information, 💥no refunds are possible, under any circumstances💥, once the payment is received.

I am an ambassador for several companies. 12+ companies offer my students discounts. I don’t get free tools and only 8 companies give me an affiliate commission or credit when someone buys a tool. This amount is very small 1-2% and I pay taxes on that amount. The companies are Amazon, Otto Frei, Halstead, Micro-Tools, Craftoptics, Hi-Tech Diamond, Paper & Spark and Gesswein. The other companies offer discounts to you directly and my recommendations are because I want you to have the absolute best (Pepe Tools, Rio Grande, Lion Punch Forge).

You can also obtain a student wholesale account at Stuller simply by showing them a receipt for one of my classes. I have made these arrangements with them. You just call them and let them know you’d like to set up a student account.

Lastly, I very much appreciate it if you can please use those code to both save you money, but to also help me continue to share my knowledge about tools and supplies. The small amounts I receive helps me pay for tools I can experiment with and pay for the duds.

As with all of my Facebook Groups (the Jewelry Makers Guild, Rock Your IG Account, JMG Jewelry Tools for Sale, and Tucson Gem Show Happenings), this is a safe place. What is shared in the group or class, stays there. It is a sacred place. We don’t talk or allude to politics, race, religion, social justice agendas, politics or anything outside the space of learning about making amazing art! I don’t condone nor tolerate anybody degrading or shaming anyone’s art, process or ideas. There is no such thing as a bad idea, where creation is the focus. I reserve the right to remove anyone from class who at my sole discretion violates this policy, and no refunds will be given.

Please remember that making art can be dangerous, but heck, so can getting in the car to go get groceries. I will cover some safety topics that are pertinent to the process or technique. If you have a safety concern, please do not hesitate to chime in to the conversation or add to it. It is likely that you will at some point, have an instance where you burn yourself or cut yourself or maybe even hammer your finger. These come with the territory of creating with sharp tools, hammers and fire. You ultimately are responsible for your own safety. That means taking all precautions to understand your tools and your space. Also it’s a given that you should check these before every session in your studio.

The execution of the legal release in the next section is required for your participation in this class. Please sign it, scan it and send it via email to tonya@tonyadavidson.com before the first class session. I will also share my personal text number with you in the FB group if you want to take a photo and send it because you do not own a scanner.
